Frozen S’mores are a delightful no-bake treat combining layers of rich chocolate pudding and fluffy marshmallow creme, sandwiched between crunchy graham crackers. This easy-to-make dessert is perfect for warm days when you crave the classic campfire s’mores flavor without lighting a fire.

Ingredients

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed

Marshmallow Layer

  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed

Additional

  • 12 graham cracker sheets, broken into squares
  • Parchment paper, for lining

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Layer: Line an 8Ă—8-inch baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until the mixture thickens, about 2 minutes. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping to add creaminess, then spread this mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  2. Make the Marshmallow Layer: In a separate bowl, beat the marshmallow creme and softened cream cheese until smooth and well combined. Fold in the remaining whipped topping to lighten the texture. Spread this marshmallow mixture evenly over the chocolate layer in the pan. Place the pan in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
  3. Assemble: Once frozen, remove the block from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares of desired size. Sandwich each frozen square between two graham cracker halves to create s’mores. Serve immediately for a refreshing treat or store them in the freezer for later enjoyment.

Notes

  • Make sure the whipped topping is fully thawed before folding it into the mixtures for best texture.
  • Use parchment paper to easily lift the frozen block out of the pan without breaking.
  • For extra flavor, lightly toast the graham crackers before assembling if preferred.
  • These can be stored in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Cut the squares while the dessert is fully frozen to prevent crumbling.
