This Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge is a creamy, sweet treat combining the flavors of white chocolate, sugar cookie mix, and sweetened condensed milk. Decorated with festive holiday sprinkles, this no-bake fudge is perfect for gifting or sharing during the holiday season. The fudge is easy to prepare on the stovetop and requires chilling time to set, resulting in a rich and smooth confection.

Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Decorations

  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 3-4 ounces almond bark or white chocolate (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking and to make it easier to remove the fudge once set.
  2. Melt butter and white chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, gently melt the unsalted butter along with the white chocolate chips, stirring constantly to ensure a smooth mixture without burning.
  3. Add cookie mix and condensed milk: Remove the saucepan from heat and whisk in the sugar cookie mix and the entire can of sweetened condensed milk until well combined and smooth.
  4. Incorporate vanilla and sprinkles: Stir in the pure vanilla extract and half of the holiday sprinkles to distribute the festive colors evenly throughout the fudge mixture.
  5. Pour and smooth: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading and smoothing the top evenly with a spatula for uniform thickness.
  6. Chill to set: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set.
  7. Finish with sprinkles and cut: Remove the fudge from the refrigerator, sprinkle the remaining holiday sprinkles on top, and if desired, drizzle melted almond bark or white chocolate over the top for extra decoration. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper for easy removal and clean-up.
  • Low heat melting prevents the white chocolate from seizing or burning.
  • Sugar cookie mix adds a unique sugar cookie flavor and texture to the fudge.
  • Chilling time is essential to ensure the fudge is properly set before cutting.
  • Almond bark or additional melted white chocolate topping is optional but adds a festive touch.
  • Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
